Page2RSS: Create a Feed Where There is No Feed

I have a dear friend, Marie Armenia, who has a blog on her personal website. I only read it once in a while, not because I don’t love her (I do!), but because it does not have an RSS feed and I rarely remember to go to the site to see if anything new has been posted.

Well, now that problem has been solved. By using Page2RSS, I can enter the URL of her page and add it to my feed reader. She puts up a new post, and voila, it shows up for my viewing pleasure.

You can put in any URL and click the To RSS button and it will then allow you to subscribe to updates to that site. Try it out with your favorite non-RSS sites. While you’re at it, visit Marie and click the email link to send her your comments.

Thanks to Google Operating System (an unofficial blog) for passing this on.

LOL. I’m so glad to have a friend who is just as geeked out as I am!

I’ll have to check out this feature for a few places where feeds aren’t available.
