Lands’ End is one of those companies that really value moms’ opinions. And they are giving away five $100 Lands’ End gift cards. Here’s the rules to enter:

  1. Provide your name, address and other contact information.

  2. Complete the Lands’ End Back-To-School 2008 Survey, which consists of 18 multiple-choice questions.

  3. Take the survey by midnight (CST) on Wednesday, June 25 to be eligible to win.
