Happy Saturday everybody! I am on vacation this weekend but found a wifi hotspot nearby so I could keep posting and checking in once in a while with everybody. Here are Crazy Sam’s questions for today:
2. Do you have a favorite beach? I have only been to one beach, in the Outer Banks, so I guess that would be it.
3. How old were you on your first beach trip? 32
4. Did your folks own or rent a cottage at the beach? No, we lived in the Midwest and generally took trips to amusement parks.
5. Have you or would you bring your kids to the same beaches you went to as a kid? N/A
6. What type of bathing suit do you wear at the beach? N/A
7. Do you have favorite food you like to eat at the shore? Not really sure, but the last time I was at the “Boardwalk” at Hersheypark, I treated myself to a funnel cake with powdered sugar, and it was pretty good.
8. Do you have a favorite drink you like at the shore? My favorite drink anywhere is Mountain Dew (yes, I am addicted).
9. When is the next time you will be beach bound? No idea, we will probably continue to take vacations that are more inland.

Growing up in NJ we called it going down the shore and would visit Wildwood or CapeMay for a week. Everyone went to Seaside Heights after prom night. Day trips were to Long Branch.
Now in Los Angeles we go to the beach, recently to Santa Monica but HFA son was scared of the pier and going there in two weeks with autism day camp.
No more bathing suits for me at 48. Maybe after hitting the gym a few more months
