Give Me Five Monday

This week’s topic: Give Me Five of your favorite drinks.

This is definitely not a very healthy list, but it does say “favorites” and, after all, if you aren’t honest on your own blog, what’s the point?

Mountain Dew
Coke
Vitamin Water – lemonade or grape
Starbucks’ Caramel Apple Cider
An occasional chocolate milk or hot chocolate

I will drink plain water, but only if it’s VERY cold or I am VERY thirsty. I guess I need to work on that. I’m a bit convicted now about my choices and am sure I would feel better if I increased my water intake and decreased the amount of sugar that’s going into my body!

So now that I’ve confessed my bad habits, what’s your favorite thing to drink?

How in the world did I forget chocolate milk??? I have recently been on a big choco milk kick too!!! It’s so bad for me the way I make it with Hershey’s syrup but I love it! LOL Have you ever tried drinking water from a fountain or cupping it in your hand as it comes out of the faucet? Running water is different and it’s awesome! Might change your mind a bit about drinking water

3. Plantation Mint tea – ice cold
